Question 1

How does ZaroStay's live room availability work?

Accepted Answer

ZaroStay shows real-time room availability — like cinema seat booking. Green rooms are available, red rooms are booked. You see exactly what's open right now, and bookings are instantly confirmed with zero overbooking.

Question 2

Is my booking instantly confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All bookings on ZaroStay are instantly confirmed. The platform locks the room immediately when you book, so there's no waiting for hotel approval and no risk of overbooking.

Question 3

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

ZaroStay offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, with refunds processed in 5-7 working days. Some rooms may have different policies depending on the hotel — you'll see the specific policy before booking.
